  • what is the shipping process like?

    each print is hand packaged, wrapped in a custom butcher paper, and mailed through priority USPS usually within 7 business days of the order. because each piece is personally produced and packaged, some delays in shipment may occur. your patience and understanding is deeply appreciated. a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

  • what should i do if my piece was damaged or lost while enroute?

    for the quickest resolution, please first contact USPS directly (linked) to file for damages. all priority mail is automatically ensured up to $100. once your claim has been resolved and you would like to replace your piece, please contact the studio at hello@charisjb.studio and we will be happy to work with you on the replacement of your piece.

  • is there international shipping available?

    currently, all works are shipped only within the united states. however, if you would like to enquire upon shipping rates to your country, please contact the studio at hello@charisjb.studio and we will be able provide a quote for shipping to your country. please be aware that international shipping may be costly at this time, and all VAT or customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • what if my package is stolen from my mailbox after delivery?

    while this is understandably very upsetting— USPS nor charisjb.studio can be held liable for personal property theft. please carefully follow your package’s activity using the tracking number, you may also leave special delivery instructions through USPS (linked) to safely have your package delivered.

  • what is your return policy?

    your purchase of an original work of art is made and packaged uniquely for you specifically— therefore no returns or exchanges can be made. please be sure to carefully check your selections before final checkout.
